Arts on the Square

Waupaca Community Arts Board’s eclectic collaborative celebration of the arts takes place downtown Waupaca on the third weekend in August! over 40 juried fine artists, emerging artists, a Phantom Art Gallery; Music on 3 stages; a tremendous community art project; live theater and dance; festival food, beer, children’s activities, and more!
